Statfree EB Conductive Ergonomic Rubber Mat

Desco's Statfree EB mat is made from a conductive Nitrile rubber with a specially designed firm air-cell structure to reduce standing worker's fatigue. The product is made to provide a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path-to-ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear. The resistance range (10^4 < 10^6 ohms Rtt) tested per ANSI/ESD S7.1 and ESD TR53 will remain low enough to act as a path to ground with normal dirt and grime build up on a floor and meet the required limit of ANSI/ESD S20.20 Method 1 (<3.5 x 10^7 ohms) for a flooring/footwear system. The bubble air cell structure softens when compressed by a ultra-violet (UV stabilizer) additives are included in the Nitrile rubber compound to stabilize color retention, ensure ESD performance over time and eliminate surface layer deterioration resulting in cracking when the product is flexed. Each mat is lot coded for quality control and lifespan tracking.

Statfree i Conductive Ergonomic Rubber Interlocking Room System Mat and Rubber Flooring Systems

This material is designed primarily to be used as a floor runner or to protect an entire room. The unique anti-fatigue dome/support cells provide extra comfort and prevent the mat from shifting on the floor. Its interlocking strip can be easily trimmed to give clean beveled edges. Statfree i will not trap moisture underneath. Its patented structure allows air to circulate under the mat to eliminate mold or mildew problems. It will not delaminate. The Statfree I Floor Mat is made of 100% premium nitrile butadiene homogenous rubber material.

Statfree S Plus Dissipative Vinyl/Nitrile Anti-Fatigue Rolls

Desco's S Plus Dissipative Vinyl/Nitrile Roll material is specifically designed to reduce fatigue in areas where standing is required for long periods of time. This floor mat combines a cross-link Vinyl/Nitrile rubber construction which is three times the resilience of ordinary vinyl foam matting. The extremely durable embossed surface is safe for workers, and the mat stays clean. Statfree S Plus meets the requirements of DOD-HDBK-236, DOD-STD-2000, ESD S7.1 and EN 100 015 Issue 1.

Desco's Statfree S Dissipative Vinyl Anti-Fatigue Mat Roll material is specifically designed to reduce fatigue in areas where standing is required for long periods of time. This floor mat combines ESD protection and durability. The heavy embossed texture provides slip and soil resistance. Statfree S meets the requirements of DOD-HDBK-236, DOD-STD-2000, ESD-S7.1 and EN 100 015 Issue I.

Statfree DPL Plus Diamond Plate ESD Mats and Rolls

Desco's Statfree DPL Plus mat is made with conductive homogenous vinyl top layer laminated to an anti-fatigue foam rubber bottom layer. The product is designed to provide a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path to ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear. The resistance range (1 x 10^4 to < 1 x 10^6 ohms Rtt) of the top layer will remain low enough to act as a path to ground with normal dirt and grime build up on a floor and meet the required limit of ANSI/ESD S20.20 Method 1 (<3.5 x 10^7 ohms) for a flooring/footwear system. The bottom foam rubber layer is designed to reduce standing worker's fatigue and improve productivity. The diamond plate surface increases traction and tapered edges with radius corners to help prevent curling to improve safety in work areas.

Desco's Statfree AFR floor mat is made with a conductive Nitrile rubber top black layer and an anti-fatigue foam rubber bottom layer. The product is designed to provide a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path to ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear. The resistance range (!)E4 - 10E5 ohms Rtt) of the top black layer will remain low enough to act as a path to ground with normal dirt and grime build up on a floor and meet the required limit of ANSI/ESD S20.20 Method 1 (<13.5 x 10E7 ohms) for a flooring/footwear system. The bottom foam rubber layer is designed to reduce standing workers' fatigue and improve productivity. Ultra-violet (UV) stabilizer additives are included in the Nitrile rubber compound to stabilize color retention, ensure ESD performance over time and eliminate surface layer deterioration resulting in cracking when the product is flexed. Statfree G2 Conductive Smooth Rubber ESD Mat & Roll

This material is designed primarily for floor mat and rubber use, but may also be used in tabletop applications where a conductive surface is required. Rubber material is heat, chemical, and abrasion resistant. Solder and flux will not damage the surface. Material is durable and reversible to provide long life.

Statfree CV280 ESD Mats & Rolls

Desco's Statfree CV280 mat is a 0.080" thick homogenous polymer matrix of PVC material. It is designed to provide a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path to ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear. The resistance range (1 x 10^4 to <10^6 ohms Rtt) will remain low enough to act as a path to ground with normal dirt and grime build up on a floor and meet the required limit of ANSI/ESD S20.20 Method 1 (<3.5 x 10^7 ohms) for a flooring/footwear system. Statfree CV280 is a hard flat mat designed for high traffic areas and is good for use under chairs and carts. To protect ESD floor tiles or minimize maintenance of ESD floor finish in high traffic areas, Statfree CV280 can be used in conjunction with existing ESD flooring. The edges of the mat will not fold or bend. Each mat is lot coded for quality control and lifespan tracking.
